The project, that embodies 24 high standard apartments in a building composed of 3 distinct volumes, has RECS Architects signature. The facade consolidated in iconic sinuous shapes, respects the topography, adapting to the terrain in a natural way and preserving the memory and the structure of the place in a creative and bold way. Thereby, comes up the perfect integration with the environment surrounded by the exuberant Serra do Curral.
The building explores the most of the natural light through glass openings and balconies, creating unique views for each unit that has its exclusive pool and generous ceiling height in order to optimize ventilation and thermal comfort.
The building was born out of a smart approach based on sustainability and intelligence guidelines.
