This project is a redevelopment of a dismissed military zone in Fortaleza that will be converted to a large scale green area on which perimeter, taking direct inspiration to the NY central park, will take places a series of towers that will overlook the central park itself having a privileged view.
Thanks to height of the building we could minimize the the usage of the ground that became a new element for the Fortaleza citizen and will host all the facilities, such as a shopping mall with a cinema and a small hotel inside, and a common hall designed for the social gatherings.
