The project is located within the neighbourhood of Arjan at Dubai. It is a concept for a four stars hotel, based on a detailed study about solar irradiation on the façades. White Brises soleils characterize the elevations, providing shading against the high summer solar radiation in The Emirates. On the contrary, the ground floor is fully permeable: in fact, the lobby and all the services are easily accessible, according to their public task.
