The ‘smart’ city is now becoming more inclusive, opening up to a new target: low-medium income brackets. We're talking about the first SOCIAL SMART CITY in the world.

Oggi 20/05/2017 un pubblico di oltre 500 persone ha assistito con grande interesse all'evento organizzato da Planet Smart City per il lancio della seconda fase del progetto Smart City di Croatà. La prima città intelligente in social housing (per classi sociali medio basse) su progetto di Recs Architects in corso di costruzione nel mondo. Perché tutti hanno diritto a vivere in un luogo dotato di tutti i servizi e dall’alta qualità urbana.
Today 20/05/2017, over 500 people attended the event organized by Planet Smart City regards the PHASE TWO launch of the Smart City project of Croatà. The first smart city in social housing project (design by Recs Architects) being built the first in the world. Because everyone has the right to live in a place with all the services and high urban quality.
Oggi 20/05/2017, mais de 500 pessoas participaram do evento organizado pelo Planet Smart City sobre o lançamento da FASE DOIS do projeto Smart City de Croatà. A primeira cidade inteligente em projeto de habitação social (projeto da Recs Architects) sendo construída a primeira do mundo. Porque todo mundo tem o direito de viver em um lugar com todos os serviços e alta qualidade urbana.
