Charles Waldheim: “A traditional understanding of the city as an extrapolation of architectural models and metaphors is no longer feasible given the prevalence of larger forces or flows.” This includes ruptures or breaks in the architectural logic of the traditional urban form as compelled by ecological, economic, and infrastructure.”

The buildings in urban environments should not be linked to the idea of isolation, but to attempts to integrate with the urban grid. And it was with this in mind that the Masterplan of this urban project was developed, with emphasis on the flexible characteristics of the inevitable changes, the evolutions and the intentions of the use of the land Always in flux.

In a construction site of bump topography, the implementation of the project is determined by the local slope. The allotment arises around the proposal of a linear community park that develops along the terrain and opens to users on both sides of the river. The program of this park includes gardens, amphitheater, squares, lawns, spaces for collective vegetable garden and sports facilities. The mix of use between the blocks, decentralizes the neighborhood and offers more access to users.
